- You represent that your UGC does not infringe third-party rights and complies with these Terms.
5. Virtual Items & Game Currency
- Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable except within the Services.
- We may modify, manage, or eliminate virtual items at any time with or without notice.
6. Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds
- Purchases are processed by platform/app store providers. Their terms and refund policies may apply.
- For subscriptions, unless canceled before the renewal date, they auto-renew at the then-current price.

7. Updates & Service Availability
- We may provide patches or updates. Some features may change or be discontinued.
- Online services may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Incept Games and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a different forum is required by platform terms or law.
